If I convert my loft as an office without planning permission will it be a problem when selling? #UKLegalHour

A loft conversion requires planning permission and building regulation approval.

If planning permission or building regulation approval was not obtained, when you come to sell, indemnity insurance may be available to cover action by the local authority for breach of planning permission or building regulation approval, so long as the work was completed more than 12 months ago.
