Our experienced team regularly works with individuals, businesses, insolvency practitioners, turnaround professionals, banks, lenders and stakeholders to find solutions to financial problems and Jo will represent both claimants and defendants for the firm.”

Jo says: “Although both corporate and personal insolvency rates are falling since the last recession, there will always be businesses facing financial difficulties due to any number of reasons.

The risk of interest rate rises will also have an impact on both corporate and personal insolvency rates and it’s important that businesses and individuals get first-rate professional advice, as early as possible, which is something LCF Law is renowned for in the industry.”
