LCF Law takes a bigger bite out of the dental market with new appointment

LCF Law has expanded its specialist Dental Law team with the appointment of Corporate Healthcare Executive Louisa Slimm.

With 18 years’ experience in the dental legal sector, Louisa advises dental practitioners on the acquisition and disposal of dental practices, and she previously held a similar position at national law firm.

Head of dental law Thomas Coates says: “Since launching our dedicated dental services arm, which provides expert legal advice to the dental sector, almost two years ago, we’ve established an enviable client base throughout the UK. Louisa’s appointment takes our team to six and her knowledge and track-record for exceptional client service, as well as her success rate for generating new business with enable us to continue with our ongoing expansion strategy.”

Based in Leeds, the Dental Law team provides a wide range of dental related legal services covering associate agreements, dental employment law, practice incorporations, compliance with the Care Quality Commission and the sale and acquisition of dental practices. It is part of the firm’s healthcare division which also delivers legal services to GP practices and pharmacists.
