Simon Stell was the firm’s Managing Partner between 1997 and 2024, responsible for leading the firm’s development, managing day to day operations and implementing the firm’s strategy. Simon now leads on specific business projects together with regulatory and compliance issues

Simon is responsible for the firm’s residential conveyancing law firm LCF Residential.

At LCF Law Simon encourages pro-bono work from his staff and commitment to supporting initiatives in the community. One such project is working with the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust with a project which should see a further 1000 trees planted in the Yorkshire Dales in 2024 with LCF colleagues assisting with tree planting and tree maintenance. Not improving the environment and combating climate change but supporting colleagues' well- being .

Simon is a keen advocate of supporting the firm’s lawyers in their personal development to challenge them and achieve their potential. Find out more about working with us

Simon received the award of Yorkshire Lawyer of the Year at the Yorkshire Legal Awards 2016 and is an Advisory Board member of the Bradford Literature Festival.
