A large number of businesses fail, what are the main areas people go wrong in during their start-up?
Question asked by @talktweetlaw
From a legal perspective:
•they don’t take the time to draw up shareholders/partnership agreements
•they also don’t take the time to draw up contracts with customers, which can result in cash-flow problems and ultimately that is how most businesses fail
•Information on how to avoid these problems can be found on LCF legal library.
