Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm 5 days a week

We are looking for a newly qualified to two year PQE solicitor to join our Corporate Team based in our Leeds office.

The successful candidate will have had experience of working in a busy Company/ Commercial team during training and/or post qualification and is looking to be part of a thriving team with a wide selection of corporate work. The successful candidate will have had experience of assisting in acquisitions and/or disposals of businesses, assisting with due diligence and data room management and the preparation of board minutes, shareholder resolutions, Companies House forms and filing, drafting shareholders agreements and articles, and potentially also experience of matters such as share buybacks and share for share exchanges.

The successful candidate will actively engage in business development at an appropriate level through team and firmwide initiatives for junior lawyers such as P100 events and Next Generation Networking (an LCF junior professional networking event).
