Location: Harrogate
Salary Range: Competitive dependant on experience
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm 5 days a week

The Role

The successful candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in managing probate and estate administration processes efficiently;  working on a broad range of private client matters specialising in a caseload of Probate, Court of Protection, Inheritance Tax, LPAs and Wills.

You will have strong organisation skills, attention to detail and drafting skills and will possess the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

You will also have well-developed client care skills, are personable and confident and should enjoy working in a team environment with the ability to quickly build rapport with colleagues.

The role would suit someone who is skilled at building lasting working relationships with clients, willing to play an active role in the team’s business development activities and will have a demonstrable drive to contribute to the Private Client team’s ongoing success. The reputation of the firm is excellent, and the successful candidate will join an established team.

Key qualities for this role include:

  • A CILEx qualification or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience in probate work
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Good knowledge of probate law and practice
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using IT systems and software
