Property Law 2017

I own an investment property with my mother & father. I am looking to buy somewhere for myself to live in. Do I have to pay the higher rate of Stamp Duty?

@dachairmann Buying property thats got tenants in. Have seen copy of AST Landlord taken deposit but not in Dep Scheme. Is that a problem?
