LCF Works offers you HR and Employment Law support for a single monthly fee. For a fixed fee we offer unlimited access to our employment legal team.
As part of the service we will carry out an audit of your business, making sure that your employment contracts, policies and procedures are up to date. We will also carry out any necessary remedial work to ensure that your business is fully compliant.
Our business is to understand your business. You’ll receive advice tailored to meet your specific requirements, whenever you need it.
If you have more complex issues outside the LCF WORKS subscription service that require significant research or preparatory work, this will be quoted for accordingly and we’ll make you fully aware of the potential costs involved.
