Paul Anderson Specialises in commercial leases, development, building contracts and negotiation including collateral warranties and procurement contracts, Paul has an extensive client base from landlords to tenants, property developers, charities and motor dealerships.
Paul’s long-standing client list highlight his attention to detail, insight and expertise.
Paul, handles planning permission issues and is experienced in working on multi-million pound property cases – one in particular which was worth £14 million.
Having joined LCF in 1998 as a Partner and shortly thereafter became Head of Real Estate, handing over responsibility for the Department to Harriet Thornton in 2021. Paul is now a Consultant with the Real Estate Team.
Paul has brought experience in client relations and alleviates any fears they might have from the very first phone call or meeting.
Paul, speaks often with his clients to offer reassurance as well as also keeping them up to date with progress, giving honest answers to their questions.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys gardening and keeping fit.
