LCF Law lawyer trusted with membership of prestigious association
Ragan Montgomery has completed a prestigious legal qualification to become one of only five registered members of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) in the North of England.
ACTAPS was established in 1997 for lawyers specialising in contentious trust and probate work. To secure membership, Ragan has successfully completed an extensive two year period of study and assessment, as well as demonstrating outstanding knowledge and experience in this specialist area of law over a further two years.
Ragan says: “I am honoured to have been appointed as a Registered Member of ACTAPS and to be recognised by such an esteemed organisation which aims to support and constantly develop contentious trust and probate work. Together with my extensive experience in this field, my ACTAPS membership will strengthen my ability to reassure our clients of my expertise in this complex area of law.”
Simon Stell, LCF Law, Managing Partner, says: “Ragan’s membership of ACTAPS is an excellent accomplishment for both her and our business. ACTAPS membership is a quality kite mark that demonstrates a lawyer’s experience in this specialist field of law and Ragan’s qualification further strengthens the offering our firm can make in this fast growing legal area.”
