Ann-Marie Casey is a Commercial Property lawyer with LCF Law, primarily based at the firm’s office in Bradford.

Ann-Marie qualified as a solicitor with LCF Law in 2008.

She has since excelled in her chosen sector, building up a strong reputation for offering expert legal advice on a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, leases, property finance and small business sales.

Her extensive experience has seen Ann-Marie develop an impressive client portfolio in the health sector too, acting for professional practices such as dentists, GPs and pharmacists where she advises on a broad range of property-related matters.

She also advises, and heads LCF Law cases regarding telecommunication site acquisitions, acting for landowners and granting leases of their site for use as a telecoms base.

In addition, Ann-Marie is an important member of the team dealing with property work for an international charity. She has developed an excellent working relationship with the in-house legal team at the charity and they value and trust her advice.

As well as the general portfolio work carried out for the charity, she also plays a significant role working on their bespoke commercial work, such as the granting, varying or releasing of rights and restrictive covenants.

Ann-Marie’s consistently strong performances for a number of high-quality clients, and the capabilities to work to tight deadlines, have seen the firm retain custom and take on referrals from existing clients.

Her clients value her integrity, determination and no-nonsense approach knowing that she is always going that extra mile for them.

She has become a creator of new work and risen to become a leader for the whole commercial property department – taking on numerous responsibilities, which includes mentoring trainees too.
