Shaun Lowry has over 20 years’ experience in contentious and non-contentious commercial, construction, engineering, energy and projects matters.

His clients range from high street banks, local authorities, commercial and residential developers, contractors, sub-contractors and leading commercial organisations, to high profile high street retailers, national media organisations, energy companies and one of the top four supermarket chains.

Shaun is on hand to advise you on development finance, project documentation and dispute resolution and will deliver a practical and cost effective solution to achieve the most beneficial outcome for you.

As well as delivering construction law seminars worldwide, including on a number of occasions in both Hong Kong and Paris, Shaun is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a former member of their panel of examiners and an accredited mediator.
