Commercial Property Solicitor Jamie Humpheson is on hand to advise clients on all the aspects of property transactions, whether you are a landlord or a tenant requiring commercial leases, or if you need to discuss or progress business asset purchase agreements, commercial refinancing, freehold acquisitions and sales.
Jamie is well versed and experienced in running and managing large volumes of residential transactions for clients with expansive property portfolios.
Jamie says: "I’ve always found property and architecture interesting, the most exciting part of the role is finding a solution to a client’s problem and then seeing how they use the building or land. I regularly follow my clients’ progress once they have acquired a property to see how their business is prospering."
When not dealing with commercial property law Jamie has been part of the security at the London 2012 Olympics, where he looked after the mens’ and womens’ football teams and got to meet some famous faces. He has also flown from the most dangerous airport in the world, when he trekked to Everest Base Camp 1 in 2011, which involved walking 10 hours a day for 12 days!
