You intend for everything to pass to your next of kin – would not making a Will cause unexpected inconveniences?
This question is from @talktweetlaw
Yes it could cause inconveniences making a Will creates certainty. It ensures you choose who will inherit and you can also choose if there is anyone you don’t want to benefit. You can appoint executors so that you are sure your wishes will be carried out and appoint trustees if any of the next of kin are under 18.
