Liz Webster qualified as a Fellow of CILEX in 1999 before going on to qualify as a solicitor in 2007. With over 25 years’ experience, she has guided thousands of clients through every stage of their property transactions. As Associate Director of LCF Residential, she specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new-build acquisitions, plot sales, equity transfers and re-mortgaging.
Liz is particularly recognised for her expertise in leasehold transactions, an area many conveyancers avoid due to its complexity. Her in-depth knowledge has seen her and colleagues consulted by Alex Sobel MP and Leeds City Council on government property law reforms, placing LCF Residential at the forefront of industry developments.
She also has significant experience in Sharia-compliant Islamic funding for residential and buy-to-let property purchases, an area in which LCF Residential is a leading firm in Yorkshire. In addition, she works closely with new home developers, ensuring a smooth experience for buyers navigating their first purchase.
