LCF Residential are looking for an organised and motivated Quote Converter to join our growing team in Bradford. They will serve as the primary liaison between the firm and prospective clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the client acquisition process. This role requires a proactive and client-focused individual with a strong sales background and a keen understanding of residential conveyancing services. The primary objective is to drive business growth by generating and converting leads, providing accurate quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with work providers.

Client Engagement & Lead Conversation:
- Respond promptly to all enquiries within agreed service levels, providing professional and accurate information regarding legal services.
- Generate detailed and transparent proposals for prospective clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in pricing and service expectations.
- Actively follow up on sales leads, engage potential clients, and address any queries related to residential conveyancing.
- Utilise the firm’s Quoting Platform to send prospective clients tailored quotations and instructions on how to proceed.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by gathering necessary client details and liaising with internal teams to initiate case files.
Process management & Compliance
- Provide clients with guidance on the firm's applications and conveyancing processes while introducing them to their assigned Fee Earner.
- Manage and update the Quoting platform, ensuring fee scales remain current and onboarding new referrers as needed.
- Monitor and maintain relationships with referral partners and other external stakeholders to maximise business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements, maintaining professionalism in all client interactions.
Performance tracking & Reporting
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and incoming instructions.
- Stay updated with departmental objectives, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales success.

- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with the ability to work to and exceed targets.

- Organisational Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritising workload to meet deadlines.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software programs (training will be provided on the firm's CRM system).
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless client journey.
