Chartered Legal Executive Julie Davis leads LCF Residential and brings more than 25 years of experience in residential property law. Based in our Bradford office, she oversees the firm’s conveyancing operations across Yorkshire, ensuring clients benefit from a service that is as efficient as it is reassuring.
Since qualifying in 1998, Julie has acted for thousands of individuals, families and investors, guiding them through the purchase and sale of homes, new build properties, leasehold apartments and remortgages.
Her work spans both straightforward and highly complex matters, including leasehold transactions affected by the Building Safety Act - a growing area of challenge, particularly in the Leeds market. Julie’s deep understanding of these issues, and of the differing requirements for individual homeowners and portfolio investors, allows her to anticipate obstacles and keep even the most intricate cases moving.
She also works closely with lenders, ensuring compliance with constantly changing regulatory requirements and helping to maintain high professional standards across the team.
