- LCF Residential Limited (registered in England & Wales with company number 05894316) is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA ID 446540.
LCF Residential Limited provide the residential conveyancing services referred to on this website. All other legal services referred to on this website are provided by LCF Law Limited.
Although information about both firms may be presented on this site for convenience, each law firm is solely responsible for the work it undertakes, the services it provides, and the advice it gives.
Nothing on this website should be construed as implying that either firm is responsible for the acts or omissions of the other. The term ‘partner’ is a designation given to directors of the company, other senior lawyers and professionals who have that title by reason of their significant expertise and/or experience in their chosen field and have delegated responsibilities in a management role.
The term ‘legal director’ is given to senior lawyers who have that title by reason of their significant expertise and/or experience in their chosen field.
