This website is operated for the joint use of two distinct law firms, each of which is an independent legal entity regulated separately by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) under its own SRA ID.

  • LCF Law Limited (registered in England & Wales with company number 08833329) is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA ID 619553.
  • LCF Residential Limited (registered in England & Wales with company number 05894316) is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA ID 446540.

LCF Residential Limited provide the residential conveyancing services referred to on this website. All other legal services referred to on this website are provided by LCF Law Limited.

Although information about both firms may be presented on this site for convenience, each law firm is solely responsible for the work it undertakes, the services it provides, and the advice it gives.

Nothing on this website should be construed as implying that either firm is responsible for the acts or omissions of the other. Engagements, instructions, and client relationships are strictly with the individual law firm as identified in your engagement letter or other formal documentation, and not with both firms collectively.

If you have any questions about which law firm is responsible for a particular matter or wish to clarify the identity of your legal adviser, please contact us directly for further information.

LCF Law is a trading name of LCF Law Limited.  A list of directors of LCF Law Limited is available on request and available for inspection at the company’s registered office and can be viewed at Companies House.

The term ‘partner’ is a designation given to directors of the company, other senior lawyers and professionals who have that title by reason of their significant expertise and/or experience in their chosen field and have delegated responsibilities in a management role.

The term ‘legal director’ is given to senior lawyers who have that title by reason of their significant expertise and/or experience in their chosen field.
