LCF Law Leasehold Enfranchisement expert shortlisted for top award.

Harriet Thornton, has been shortlisted in two categories at the prestigious 2015 Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards (known as the 'ERMAs').

She is the only representative from the North of England named in either category.

Harriett, who is an Associate Solicitor, has been shortlisted in the Young Professional of the Year and Regional Professional of the Year categories and the winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on 4 June 2015 at London's Globe Theatre.

The awards are to recognise professional excellence in advising in relation to leasehold properties.

Being shortlisted for these awards recognises the work of LCF Law in Property. It is the second year Harriet has been shortlisted.
