Ensuring that market trends are reflected in our pay review ensures we pay our colleagues fairly. This salary review is undertaken in a balanced and transparent manner to ensure our colleagues understand the rationale for their reward package.
Our hybrid working policy is readily available to all colleagues. This policy reflects that, where applicable, colleagues can work from home two days a week and in the office three days per week. With offices in Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate and Ilkley, our teams can work from any of these locations, with hot desks available at each office.
This flexible policy works well for all and ensures we can balance the needs of our clients with those of the business and of our colleagues, reducing unnecessary travel time, increasing staff productivity and promoting a good work / life balance.
People have a heartfelt desire to be seen, heard and recognised. We have a widely used online portal where colleagues can recognise the work of colleagues or just say ‘thank you’. We celebrate long service and milestone birthdays alongside individual and team recognition. We publish a quarterly internal newsletter to celebrate the achievements of our team in and outside of the workplace. This consistent, and honest feedback is key to ensuring our colleagues feel recognised for what they do day in, day out.
