Diana Ciurdar is a commercial property lawyer based at our Bradford office.
She focuses on landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions and disposals and corporate support matters, including sales and purchases of dental practices. She helps clients with their business goals by helping them mitigate risks and providing practical and pragmatic legal advice.
Diana enjoys the dynamism of real estate law and the fact that she is able to make a difference to our business clients. She takes pride in delivering excellent service and making sure clients feel well-looked after.
Diana volunteers with Grow Mentoring, a charity which offers mentoring programmes to prospective lawyers.
In her spare time, she loves walking and travelling, especially going on city breaks to places with a rich history.
Matters Diana has recently worked on:
- Acted for a borrower in a refinance of a block of flats valued at £1.5 million.
- Acted for a purchaser in the acquisition of an investment property valued at £4 million, subject to various leases.
- Assisted on a re-structure of a partnership which included the refinance and transfer of various commercial premises from one entity to another.
