Emily Hickling is a Commercial Property lawyer based at our Bradford office.
Emily deals with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties (commercial and residential) as well as leases of commercial premises as well as dealing with pre-contractual enquiries, reporting on title, negotiating contractual documentation and otherwise dealing with matters from beginning to end.
Emily enjoys the process of guiding clients through often complex matters and developing strong working relationships with those client, whilst offering the practical advice and support required throughout the transaction
In her spare time, Emily enjoys art, spending time with her family and her specialist round on a general knowledge quiz would be Harry Potter!
Emily’s work includes:
- Running and managing large volumes of residential transactions in a significant property portfolio for a commercial client. This includes sales and purchases of both leasehold and freehold properties, as well as dealing with any tenancy implications.
