Nicole is an Associate Solicitor in the private client team, having qualified as a solicitor in 2022 and been promoted to Associate in September 2025. She has worked in wills, lasting powers of attorney and estate administration since 2019, building a practice defined by its personal touch and genuine care for the people she advises.

Nicole advises individuals and families across the full range of private client matters wills, lasting powers of attorney, estate administration and Court of Protection applications, including deputyship. She has developed a particular specialism in Court of Protection work and vulnerable beneficiary trusts, helping families put the right structures in place to protect those who need it most.

What sets Nicole apart is how she tailors her approach to each individual client. She takes real care to communicate in a way that works for the person in front of her  whether that means adapting how she explains things to a client with a learning disability, finding ways to help someone with visual or speech impairments engage fully with the process, or simply taking the time to build a relationship that makes clients feel genuinely supported. That commitment to the individual is something her clients notice and value:

Nicole also gives presentations for charitable organisations including Dementia Days in Keighley and Thinking Big, sharing her expertise with communities that can benefit from accessible, straightforward guidance on planning ahead.

Experience includes:

  • Advising families on estate planning where a loved one has a condition such as Down's syndrome, tailoring every aspect of the client relationship to ensure they feel included, understood and properly protected
  • Drafting wills and lasting powers of attorney for clients across a wide range of personal circumstances, including those with vulnerabilities that require additional care and sensitivity
  • Handling Court of Protection applications and deputyship matters, supporting families in navigating a complex process at an often difficult time
  • Advising on vulnerable beneficiary trusts, helping clients ensure that those who may not be able to manage their own affairs are properly provided for

Nicole is a member of STEP, reflecting her commitment to best practice in trusts, estates and the advice of vulnerable clients.

Outside of work

Nicole likes to stay active she's a regular at the gym and loves walking her dogs. Not one to shy away from a challenge, she completed her first marathon at the age of 20.
