Pascale is a private client solicitor with over a decade of experience advising individuals and families across all aspects of personal law. She qualified in April 2014 and spent 11 years at a senior solicitor level before joining LCF Law, having worked at well-regarded Yorkshire firms. That depth of experience across the Yorkshire legal market means she brings both technical expertise and strong local knowledge to her work.

Pascale advises on the full range of private client matters, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate, the administration of estates and trust work. Much of her work is deeply personal in nature and she has built her practice around an approach that puts the individual first. She takes time to understand each client's circumstances and adapts how she communicates and works to suit their needs, whether that means additional care for clients who require more support or simply taking the time for a face-to-face conversation rather than relying on correspondence alone. In a field where so much can be sensitive, that human connection matters.

Experience includes:

  • Administering a taxable estate where a full inheritance tax account was required, guiding the client through a process that can feel daunting and ensuring all obligations were met accurately and on time, bringing the matter to a clean conclusion.
  • Advising a client on the establishment and management of a trust, helping them understand the practical implications and ensuring their wishes were properly documented and legally sound.
  • Acting under a lasting power of attorney to manage a client's affairs, providing reassurance to the family that their loved one's interests were being properly protected and that everything was being handled with care.

Outside of work

Pascale has given careers talks and presentations at local schools including Leeds Grammar School, sharing her experience with the next generation.
