Rehan Ahsan is a solicitor in our corporate team. His focus lies in corporate law, which involves him advising businesses on legal matters related to their structure, governance, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Rehan helps clients navigate through complex legal issues to ensure compliance and facilitate successful business dealings.

He qualified in 2023 and since joining the team has advised companies and individuals across a range of sectors. Rehan also supports clients with shareholders' agreements, loan agreements, share buyback transactions, non-disclosure agreements, company formations, drafting articles of associations and investment agreements.

He has strong communication skills which enable him to provide excellent client services. Rehan focuses on developing a good understanding of client needs to provide an effective service.

Corporate law often involves dynamic transactions that shape the business landscape. The ever-evolving nature of corporate deals influenced by strategic challenges and the opportunity to contribute to the success of his clients' ventures have always excited Rehan.

He firmly believes that no corporate transaction is the same and each one comes with its own challenges and unique commercial background, which presents him with the tremendous opportunity to work side-by-side with clients who run impressive organisations.

Since joining the team, Rehan has been involved in supporting and advising clients on a management buyout, the sale of the entire issued share capital of a well-established business and managing the disclosure and due diligence process on other transactions.

Rehan is a member of the Law Society. He is also an editor for the Muslim Lawyers Hub and a writer for Leducate.

Outside work, Rehan leads an active lifestyle. He's an ex semi-professional badminton player, but also enjoys playing various racket sports like squash and tennis, and has recently taken up padel.
