Rosie Beverley has worked in real estate since qualifying as a solicitor in 2009.
An active Law Society member, Rosie brings extensive expertise to clients, advising on the technical details of legal and financial documentation and helping them navigate related financial considerations. Her diverse caseload spans acquisitions, disposals and refinancing, with each transaction managed seamlessly from start to finish.
Rosie is known for her deep understanding of the businesses she represents, and clients value her approachable, responsive style. As she puts it, "The best part of my job is building strong relationships with clients and fellow lawyers while guiding transactions smoothly."
Rosie's transactional experience includes:
- Successfully completing on a £5m disposal portfolio comprising commercial and residential units;
- Acting on the acquisition of a £2.6m Chelsea townhouse;
- Advising on commercial leases for a hair extension specialist and medical aesthetic in Chelsea, London;
- Acting on the acquisition of development land valued at £1m and advising on the CIL implications associated with the planning consent;
- Acting for a tenant on a 27,000sq ft letting commercial building in Ashby-De-La-Zouch, Leicestershire;
- Acting on a number of disposals on behalf of trustees in bankruptcy;
- Acting on behalf of a developer in the acquisition of an office block, which was then converted into 32 apartments with a retail unit, then acting in their ultimate disposal;
- Advising on the implications of the acquisition of land subject to an option that had not been registered; and
- Acting on multiple acquisitions of properties for a housing charity.
When she's not working Rosie heads to the mountains, particularly enjoying hikes and climbs across the Yorkshire Three Peaks, the Cuillins in the Isle of Skye and Snowdonia. She’s completed the Mighty Hike challenges for Macmillan Cancer Support, conquering the Peak District in 2022 and the Yorkshire Dales in 2024.
