Ryan Cotton is a newly qualified Real Estate Solicitor based at our Bradford office.
Following completion of a two-year period of recognised training with LCF and subsequent admission onto the Roll of Solicitors for England and Wales in September 2021, Ryan began practising in Real Estate. Ryan is a personable, attentive and pragmatic lawyer who recognises the significant impact that a property transaction and/or property related issue can have on your business.
Ryan has previously represented England at the Kickboxing World Championships in Canada, Spain, Switzerland and Ireland, winning two world silver medals in the process. He has also been an active Councillor in the Havercroft with Cold Hiendley Parish Council since 2019, where he has contributed towards the development of sport and leisure facilities in the local community. In his spare time, Ryan is an avid learner of Spanish, and also plays for a local 11-a-side football team.

Managing a high-volume and demanding case load of freehold sales and purchases (residential and commercial) for a large multi-national charity. Ryan is also involved in drafting and negotiating leases in addition to dealing with the sale of businesses where property is the main asset.
