Highly experienced property lawyer and retail specialist Steven Silver has over 35 years of real estate experience having qualified as a solicitor in 1986.
Steven is a partner in our real estate department and is based in our Leeds office.
Steven advises on all aspects of commercial property law, with particular expertise in development work and the retail sector , especially in multi-site acquisitions and disposals.
Prior to joining LCF Law, Steven worked for many years for Co-operative Societies, initially setting up legal departments at Yorkshire and United Co-Operatives, the latter being a £2.2 billion turnover Society. Following the merger of United Co-operatives and the Co-operative Group Steven became Deputy Group Counsel of The Co-operative Group.
