Will Reynolds is a corporate solicitor advising both businesses and individuals, acting for sellers and buyers on share and asset purchases, company sales, reorganisations and management buyouts.
Will advises companies on share buybacks, re-designation of shares, share for share exchanges and drafting of articles of association and shareholders agreements.
Will has experience in the healthcare sector particularly dealing with the sale and purchase of dental practices. He has an understanding of the regulatory requirements and makes sure that all parties are correctly registered with the CQC at each stage of the transaction process. He also deals with the LAT/NHS making sure that GDS contracts are correctly transferred through what is known as the “partnership route”. When dealing with a purchase Will makes sure to raise tailored due diligence enquiries encompassing everything from the amalgam separator to UDA performance.

Will undertook his law degree at Leeds Beckett University graduating in 2014 and completed his training, qualifying as a solicitor in September 2019 and has been part of the team that has recently completed two news worthy transactions:
When not assisting clients to achieve their goals, Will enjoys hiking and running and has raised money for charity by taking part in the Leeds Abbey Dash. Will also enjoys watching and playing tennis.
