Purpose, Vision and Values

Our Sunday Times recognition reflects our purpose, vision and values: we genuinely care about people, we find better ways forwards and we do what we say we will do.

When our people say they feel happy at work, trusted by their managers and proud to work here, that is our values in action. The same is true when someone steps in to support a colleague, questions whether a process could work better or simply follows through on a commitment to a client. This turns our purpose from a statement into the actual experience of working at LCF Law.

  • Supportive: Our two highest scores reflect what being supportive looks like in practice. When people feel genuinely looked after at work, by their managers, their colleagues and the firm, they are happier, more motivated and more likely to do their best work. That care for people is something we have always taken seriously, and our team’s scores show it.
  • Creative: Creativity at LCF Law is about the everyday willingness to find a better way. Our people feel proud to work here and their contribution is recognised. That sense of purpose and acknowledgement is what encourages people to bring fresh thinking to their work.
  • Assured: Being assured means people have the clarity and trust they need to do their jobs with confidence. Our empowerment and information sharing scores reflect a culture where people understand where the firm is heading, feel heard and are trusted to make decisions. That consistency in how we lead and communicate is what colleagues and clients rely on.
