Trespassers out!

The property litigation team at LCF Law led by Ragan Montgomery is fast becoming the first stop for major property owning companies who have problems with trespassers, indeed any property dispute.

The speed of response of Ragan and her team has enabled them to win significant new work for national companies across the whole of England and Wales.

Ragan comments "We were recently instructed to bring a claim against trespassers who were simply moving to the next station as soon as they were evicted from one station. We were successful in obtaining an injunction preventing those trespassers from entering onto any of our client's railway stations of which there were 150. I believe this is the first time such an order has been granted in such circumstances."

On the basis the prevention is better than cure the team also provide behind the scenes back up support and training to in-house legal teams across a wide range of property related topics. At a recent course on the subject of actions to take when dealing with trespass both as to prevention and first actions once it occurred British Transport Police requested that the send officers as part of their training programme.
