Everyone understands that communication is key, but how do you implement and foster information sharing in a busy law firm? To ensure we have regular communication across offices and departments, our intranet is kept up to date with news, various hubs and portals, our intranet which is bursting with information, news and daily updates.
In addition, we produce a quarterly newsletter called Square Talk and our town hall meetings via Teams allow us to share strategic and financial updates with all our colleagues.
A regular employee engagement survey gives people the opportunity to provide feedback anonymously about any issues and annual Annual Performance Evaluations mean that everyone has a clear idea of what path they are on and how to progress to the next stage of their career.
With a central HR and IT team always on hand and mentors in place, everyone knows who to ask for help and how to access additional support.
