Holly Jordan is a corporate solicitor in our Leeds office who qualified in August 2024.
Holly's work involves assisting with company acquisitions and disposals, carrying out due diligence to investigate how a target business operates and to assess risks, preparing share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, board resolutions and shareholder resolutions, and working on asset sales, reorganisations, share buybacks and share for share exchanges.
Holly enjoys getting to understand the dynamics of how a company operates beyond the surface level and seeing first-hand how our work assists a company with its strategic planning.
Matters Holly has worked on:
- The sale of a company bought by a newly incorporated EOT, resulting in the company being owned by its employees.
- Sale of a company as part of succession planning.
- Termination of an enterprise management incentive scheme.
- A group reorganisation.
- A share for share exchange.
Outside work, Holly loves to do art projects. She often gets an idea in the morning and an hour later, she's buying all the gear and making a mess in the house!
