Make a will and we'll plant a tree in your name

We've partnered up with the Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust to plant a tree when you make a will with us.

This local charity supports people in rural communities, helps look after our unique landscapes and wildlife, and makes sure everyone can access, enjoy and understand the Yorkshire Dales.

Central to this is their campaign to restore native woodlands to help tackle climate change and nature loss. This is especially important in the Dales where woodland cover is the lowest of any UK National Park.

Secure your estate and make a positive impact

Our tree planting scheme not only offsets the paper used to create your will. As your tree continues to thrive, it will capture carbon and support biodiversity, passing the environmental benefits down to future generations.

Once your tree has been planted, you and your family will be free to visit the woodland and watch it grow. A certificate and map showing the location of the site will be sent to you upon completion of your will.

Our commitment

Since partnering with the trust in September 2022, our donations have contributed to the planting of hundreds of trees. We are on course to enable the planting of more than 1,500 trees by the summer of 2024.

Volunteers from the firm are helping to create and maintain these vital habitats, creating beautiful woodlands for both people and nature to enjoy.

As an environmentally responsible firm, our commitment to sustainability and minimising our ecological footprint doesn’t stop at planting trees. Our Green Team is fostering a more environmentally conscious workplace by engaging with colleagues and leading initiatives around recycling, waste, energy usage and sustainable transport.
