At LCF, we created Next Gen Events with a simple goal: to give junior professionals a fresh, engaging way to build their networks and connect with peers at similar stages in their careers.

Next Gen Events are tailored for professionals with less than five years of post-qualification experience. These gatherings bring together young lawyers, accountants, and other professionals from across various sectors in a relaxed, social environment where genuine connections can be made.
We host two events each year, and they're designed to be as enjoyable as they are valuable for your professional development.
Fun, themed experiences
These aren't your typical networking events. Each Next Gen gathering features a creative theme and interactive elements that bring people together. We've hosted casino nights, Hawaiian-themed evenings with limbo competitions, virtual horse racing events, and even a Taskmaster-inspired challenge night with competing teams.
Held at various venues across Leeds, each event includes icebreakers, games, food, and drinks. The combination creates an atmosphere where conversations flow easily, and connections form organically.
