Salary Range: Competitive dependant on experience
Hours: 9.00 am – 5.30 pm, 5 days a week.
We are looking for a Partner to join our Corporate Team based in our Leeds office.
The successful candidate will be a partner with at least 9+ PQE and will have had experience of working in a busy Corporate department in law firms in Yorkshire. The successful candidate will have had experience of participating in acquisitions and disposals of owner managed businesses, and sales to VC and PE backed buyers; shareholder agreements and advising business owners; advising on group re-organisations, MBO’s and JV agreements.
The successful candidate will have an established network of business connections and will actively engage in business development.
Attendance at the office will be expected as required but if requested two out of five working days a week may be from home.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Department, and we will support the successful candidate’s career and progression.
The LCF Law Corporate Team act for large and medium sized businesses throughout Yorkshire and beyond. A large percentage of clients are owner managed businesses. The team act for professional practices such as accountants and solicitors on restructures, mergers and acquisitions. The team also act in the financial advisory sector and in the health care sector for doctor’s practices, pharmacies, and dental practices.
The Corporate Department includes a Commercial Contract, IP and IT Team, and the Employment Law Unit. The Department comprises 4 Partners and 6 other lawyers.
